We have been training people in positive communication skills for the last twenty five years. We believe in concentrating on the simple habits that need improving before success can be achieved.
We are positive, enthusiastic and passionate about people and building confidence and self belief.
Our area of expertise is Positive Communication skills in Sales, Customer Service and Collections/Debt Recovery roles. We work with people in many areas including, call centre agents, team leaders and managers and have worked extensively in the U.K. and Europe with clients such as ITT World Directories, Levi Strauss, Management Centre Europe, Lloyds TSB, The A.A. Vodafone and many utilities.
